The time is upon us again. A changing of the guard.
I've only just returned to these boards and its not my place to say anything, but I didn't not see anyone else doing so.

For the new moderators congratulations and thank you for agreeing to give up you time to help keep these boards running.
For those staying on, suckers. :wacky:

For those retiring or rotating out thank you.
:bag:

Thank you @There is no Spoon - as I’m the only mod that was at the end of the two year term & chose to stay on by accepting a nomination & offer of a place that makes me the only sucker this year ;)

Wouldn't say sucker... Glutton for punishment perhaps...

Only kidding you seem to do an awesome job

Been there done that! Congratulations to the new mods (@Lakeslover and @Zhnyaka) and returning mods (@Antje77 and @Jaylee) and well done to @lovinglife for continuing the not so easy task of moderating. As @There is no Spoon says the mods are an essential element to the smooth running of this amazing forum and give up a lot of their time to achieve that. Huge thanks to the whole team x

@There is no Spoon .
Thank you for starting this.

As a very old hand in the remaining team, ( in my final year of four year term, and with a previous two year term in the distant past) I really appreciate that someone is appreciating the moderators.

I echo the thanks to those retiring, and will be pleased to be working with the returners and our new team members. Until my own term finishes.

Would remind everyone, we depend on all members to help by adhering to the forum rules, and reporting anything that looks dodgy for us to check. All done in confidence, and it helps us keep the place safe for everyone.
:)
