Fruit it’s riper when it is frozen,so it makes sense that it could be higher in carbs. The fresh fruit here in Canada in the winter, has a long way to travel before we get it and is often picked quite green.I find frozen raspberries that are defrosted before added to the cream/yogurt, tend to go squashy and this may interfere with things, much like juicing fruit. I found frozen ones gave me more of a rise than fresh.
However I don’t think it makes enough a differance for me to stop eating it
