Quite a lot of Lows

I don’t want to be dramatic about this, I’m sure it’s absolutely fine, but I just wanted to get second/third opinions. Basically is this….ok?

(If the graph doesn’t show up, it’s basically showing that my glucose is really quite low - 3.5mmol and under for pretty much all of the night and also most of the evening). Not sensor pressure-related.

I’m a type 2, not on insulin or even gliclazide (I’m on metformin and Ozempic). These low readings are accurate (checked with finger prick). I don’t feel *anything* unusual at all, even when it’s under 3. Am I safe to drive? Should I eat something to correct it? (I’m very reluctant to do that). Or do I just think, “no it’s fine, I feel fine”.

Unless you have it confirmed these are lows on a blood test they may just be non-hypos within the percentage accuracy of the finger prick and blood glucose meter. Keep talking to your GP.
