Just to let you all know that I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 48 years. I have been given the opportunity to be interviewed by this Radio Station on Sunday 17th March at 1p.m. I hope that my ups and downs with the illness will be of help to all or some of you. Diabetes uk will be mentioned several times throughout the hour that I am on. If you are unable to listen at the time of the broadcast, it will be repeated by Podcast from the pages on the Radio Stations website.

This will go out on an internet Radio station called "Mens Radio Station. Type this into your search bar to listen if you wish.

Hello and welcome. Your 48 years is commendable, well done.

Good luck with your broadcast @Tony14 if I can I will tune in, would be good to hear more of your story with t1.

Thanks. I am hoping it will help and inspire others.

That's perfectly said, some need inspiration to help them so the more we hear from those who have managed for most of their lives is really admirable.

Thank you so much for your support. Unfortunately these broadcasts are only available on line but if you tap in Mens Radio Station in the Search Bar it should lead you to it. If you miss the Broadccast it should be available on the Podcast page of their site a few days later.

I think that my slice of the broadcast will be on first at 12 Noon if you'd like to catch it live on Sunday. "Mens Raadio Station" will find the website.
