Rape seed oil.

There are various reasons why people are wary of it. Canola oil in the US is mostly made from GMO rape seed. It's very highly processed (unlike the cold pressed variety that I assume you're referring to). If you search for "making canola oil" in Youtube you'll get some nasty surprises. The oil profile is also higher in polyunsaturated Omega 6 oils than some people prefer.

All grain oil ..no no , its trans to not oxidised or not trans and its oxidised before you start
And everyone gets too much Om6 anyway


There are plenty of other oils and fats
