They're usually in the chiller section (although I get mine from Amazon mainly).
Seed oils are thought of as being pretty unhealthy being highly processed and high in PUFA's which can be inflammatory so I avoid them.
Fruit oils like olive and avocado I wouldn't heat up to fry in but they may be ok cold (again I don't use them at all).
If you only use a pan with animal fats then you don't see any build up of that brown sticky stuff that usually coats pans when seed oils are used. I don't want that inside me so avoid them.
Some may say I'm a dietary elitist though but as there's no need for seed or fruit oils in our diets then why use them?
