Hello Everyone, I need some advise on maintaining my current weight, 57kgs, I do not want to loose anymore. Does anyone have any advise?
I really do not want to eat Carbs , what else is available? Thanks.
Hi AndBreathe, My current BMI is 21.7 in the normal weight. My doctor said I should not loose anymore weight, waist measurement is now 31 inches.
I'm nowhere near maintenance yet (about halfway there), but I'm dreading maintenance - because I've got a carb cap and a protein target. The only thing I can increase is fats - which (1) I find mostly unpalatable - except when paired with bread or sugar (I'm having trouble eating up to the calorie deficit I'm currently maintaining.)and (2) adds calories without micro-nutrients - and I'm already concerned about how much of that I'm doing.Hello Everyone, I need some advise on maintaining my current weight, 57kgs, I do not want to loose anymore.
