No need to be scared it is really easy. Oddly enough milk causes my sugar to spike but not fruit. No idea why that is, guess we are all different. I found all the information about counting carbs really confusing, from what I've read T2 don't really need to count carbs just cut down on those things heavy with carbs e.g. bread, potatoes, rice, pasta.
