recipe for type 2 and high blood pressure

hi, thanks for the reply and no they don't have any eating complications other than high colestral, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes

I lowered my blood pressure and medication.
I lowered my bad cholesterol and raised my good cholesterol.
I got my glucose levels under such good control my surgery are saying I've not far off as good as turned my T2 around.
I eat to my meter and I eat a low carb high fat diet permanently.
The high fat bit is a little over egged I tyhink.
It would be more correct to say raised fat.
Full fat products only as in yoghurts cream butter etc.
All this semi skimmed low fat no fat stuff is an industrial process not a natural thing.
In fact most of my fat comes from dairy and vegetable.
The reality is I'm eating closer to what was once deemed normal.
Here was my starting point ....http://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb

I am now on no medication for diabetes cholesterol and the very lowest dose of 2.5m.g a day of Ramipril once a day. Starting next week I'm going to stop that and see what happens.
