I don't suppose they are in the grand scheme of things but out of a 14g breakfast, 8g were the raspberries. Although having said that it only raised my blood by 2.2mmol/l so probably not as bad as I am making them out. I am still having to get used to measuring, counting etc so it's good to be challenged on that! That's weird Eggs (Yolks) are full of cholestrol and you are supposed to limit them to no more than 7 or 8 a week.I've always loved Eggs!!!I eat around 11 eggs per week on my low carb eating and my cholesterol numbers improved at my last review, if it’s cholesterol you’re worried about?

But there are theories that your cholesterol levels aren’t fully attributable to the food you eat but the majority of cholesterol is produced by your own body. @bulkbiker and @Bluetit1802 know more than me about it.

Most of the population can safely eat 3 a day but if you have diabetes u can increase your risk of Heart problems if u eat more than one a day.
