Can anyone recommend a printed recipe book for a low carb, low sugar diet ? There's plenty advertised on Amazon but it's hard to assess which are of any real merit for a diabetic diet as from what I've gleaned from some comments some low carb recipes in some books are not also low sugar.
Any and all suggestions are welcome. I've got quite a few recipes printed out but would really like to get hold of a book.

I find that you might find a couple of recipes in a book that you like but most are never used
Why dont you get a binder and print off recipes you find online or on this site.

Yes - good idea and I do have a binder for recipes gleaned from here and other sources, but some are A4 landscape, some A4 portrait, some are text I've copied and pasted in MS Word and printed, but I'd really like a properly indexed collection.

What I did is opened account on Pinterest
searched and saved a bunch of recipes and tried them one by one.
You can create boards for different ones like deserts and meats and vegetables.
I found it helpful to keep it all organized.
