Can anyone please recommend any good books for type 2 diabetics.
I want a book that is easy to read (not like a doctor's book)
That explains how food is turned to sugar and advices type two's how to manage their condition.
Also I would like a recipe book that follows a low carb diet.

Thank you, I have now ordered these books for my dad's birthday present.
 
I'm reading Reverse your Diabetes by Dr David Cavan which is all focused on T2 diabetes. Good so far.
 
I'm a bit disappointed with the recipes in the new Dr Cavan book. Much prefer the ones in Michael Mosley's book.
