Has anyone got any tips for recording blood sugar levels in the diary. I usually start off well for a few weeks and then things get in the way. I want to give it another go with the aim to fill the whole diary.

I don't think I ever bothered with diaries (except on the day before hospital appointments) but I seem to do well with logging apps on my phone.

Most bg meters allow you to download the data, the Contour Next USB meter is great as you just plug it into a USB port and away you go.

Much like Rob I was awful at keeping a bg diary.

I have the contour next usb meter but not sure how to download the readings onto computer

I have AgaMatrix wireless jazz and it syncs via Bluetooth to my smartphone with the app. App allows for insulin, carbs and weight records also.

is there anyone using the contour next meter in india? they haven't launched it here and so strips are not available either. i so need to find a meter where i can download stuff on my comp.

See my post above yours. Best meter I've ever had.

Can't be bothered with writing things down except when I have issues or am looking to observe something. That's why I love the Libre and CGM. Data recorded for me. The best thing I've found is HAPP, which is acting as an open loop pancreas and therefore the feedback encourages me to actually enter information!
