With experimentation and testing by his Doc, it was found he is intolerant of gluten. These days he has to avoid bread, pasta, beer, cakes and anything with flour or cornflour in, which includes thickened gravies or sauces, for example.
I have heard of people having itchy limbs, but I can't recall anyone else commenting on a florid face, except when their bloods are very high. Are your day-to-day bloods in a decent place in the evenings when this happens?
