drink sensibly
unless you know what your doing .
and if you know what your doing it dos'nt stop you living just because your diabeticwe are better than the rest
I wonder if it's reducing your levels, or just reducing the speed at which your liver releases glucose (because it's too busy processing alcohol instead)? Red wine is my preference because it has less sugar than most whites. A dry white, such as a Muscadet or Reisling, probably isn't too bad but I'm guessing that some of the more popular varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc and - even more so - Chardonnay, are quite high in sugars. As for a nice Sauternes or Montbazillac, don't even go therei just about drink a bottle of red each night( I know its wrong!!) and it seems to reduce my sugar levels somehow.
Me thinks you are heading for serious problems!i just about drink a bottle of red each night( I know its wrong!!) and it seems to reduce my sugar levels somehow.
I agree, why drink a bottle of red wine when a few single malts will do the same thingMe thinks you are heading for serious problems!
