I been told to reduce the metformin from 3x500mg to 2x500mg which I have done because I will be given a small dosage of Ozempic in two week’s time. I am now feeling very tired which is dragging me down and I would like to know, is this normal. And has anybody been in a similar situation. Is this a case of a burn out with these constant feeling of tiredness?
I have no idea what to expect or how I will react to the once a week jab That will be given to me by the nurse. is there a possibility of going hypo?

There is little risk of going hypo. Are you having a low-carb diet as this will usually help avoid things like Ozempic?
