You can join weekly Tweetchats on Weds at 9pm using hashtag GBDOC ( there are also many international ones Inc AUSTRALIA and USA. On Facebook, there are several GBDOC groups Inc one for sport. And the GBDOC is having a conference in Feb in Nottingham for anyone with diabetes - we set our own agenda and it was fantastic last year. Do come!!
