I'm the lazy one these days. I walked for about an hour again today.
Only 4 miles walking today.
Sounds painful. Was wondering where you had got to. Welcome back.I had a bit of a bad week last week - chest cold, then fell down the last three steps of the stairs and bruised my back, my bum and my wrist. So not much exercise for me! I then went to London for the weekend and managed to walk 6 miles on Friday and Saturday. Back on track in work this week and should be able to keep it up, even though I'm still coughing quite a bit. I had a leaflet through the door about a spinning class starting in January down the street from me. It sounds a bit sweaty but I think I might be persuaded to give it a go.
I have a hospital appointment tomorrow morning so that's an extra mile and a half from the train station and the same again on the way back. I might make it to 8 miles tomorrow! I bought new boots http://www.rubyshoesdayhebdenbridge...nbein-grünbein-louis-lace-up-ankle-boot-p2149 that are so comfy and most importantly waterproof!

I have a Fitbit and try to do 10,000 steps a day @JenniferW . I'm quite a fan of tracking and setting targets. Best of all is when a message pops up on my phone to say 'you've nailed it' when I reach my target. Great motivation!
