That's what I keep telling myself! I was so gobsmacked by the stamina thing I celebrated in a most uncharacteristic fashion which I am off to collect soon.Hedge cutting and gardening still count, though! And great news re stamina!
8000 steps yesterday including my mile run. Run done this morning, gym this afternoon longer session as I am missing it Fri and next Mon being away for the weekend having fun

Wow, @KevinPotts , that 25,100 is massive! Really sorry to hear about the blister, though - do take very, very good care of it. Hope it heals up without presenting any problems.
I don't measure steps. I think on a day without running I would be shocked by the low number of steps I take - I have a very sit-downy job, and although I walk to and from my place of work, it's only a couple of minutes away from home!
Excuses, excuses..... it's absolutely chucking it down, thunder and lightning, the whole works, the bottom part of town is flooded, and my mother-in-law has reminded my husband that we met exactly ten years ago.Tonight I'm going to my local running club for the first time.
So I guess it's normal, to have times of good exercise and no exercise. I am really struggling to do it at the moment, and it is very frustrating and a bit scary.
I wish there was a way to figure this out.
