Useful perspective @Geoffno6 so thanks. Body mechanics work for what I put it though but methinks that is a very circular argument. However, thanks for askingMy guess is that 14,500 steps is probably double the UK average, but you’d probably be a relative couch potato if you lived in East Africa.  ) but will keep using kettle bells for warm ups and a shoulder press, I've worked out my left wrist is the weak point, I've broken it a couple of times in my younger days and I suppose I need to work on it, it's odd as I've got a good grip with my left hand, I play a guitar and manage barre chords ok but it shakes
