Approved Reseach project into Type 1 Diabetics with eating disorders - Insulin misuse

Hi,
I'm a final year Nutrition with Psychology student and I am currently conducting my dissertation on Type 1 Diabetics with eating disorders. I have made a short questionnaire that will take around 5 minutes to complete for any Type 1 Diabetic who is aged 30 years and over, it doesn't matter if you have or haven't suffered from an eating disorder. It is primarily to indicate the incident level of eating disorders within a Type 1 Diabetic population. I would really appreciate and value your participation in my research as I am planning on specialising in this area once I have graduated and undergone further study. I have personal experience with both of these conditions and I have been Type 1 for 17 years so this is something I am very passionate about and I hope to make a difference in the future.

You need to update the note on Q5 to direct people to Q9 if they answer No, rather than the final question.

Done - I agree with the above comment, wasn't totally sure what question I had to answer.

Just an observation...he drop down list asking where I found the survey didn't contain this site...which is diabetes.co.uk rather than Diabetes UK
