My legs are terribly restless in bed which brings on the need to wee. The RL makes my bladder think I need to. This leads to hours of wakefulness. I am utterly buttered. Can anyone recommend a homeopathic treatment for this

You may find it useful to use the forum search function for old threads on the subject. I can remember several threads about it and MANY different recommendations, from nutritional supplements, dietary advice, even exercises, I think.

    Well worth having a look.

I used to get this, I got a foot spa which I use each night for 20 mins or so. Here's the one I got

Not sure why or how it works but it has magnets and infrared lights which are supposed to help with circulation. It certainly calms my legs down after I use it.

If feels very nice too :)
