Hi,
I have been out of work for some time and yesterday was my first day in a new job as an electrical fitter. It is quite a phsyical job with lots of lifting and moving things around.
Today i have quite severe aching at the backs of my arms, not the bicep muscle but actually the underside of the arm, not sure of the name of that muscle, anyway it's on both arms..
Could this be just the increased activity my arms are now doing? if so am i ok to continue working through the pain and do you the think the pain will subside as my body gets used to the increased activity?
Is it common for people with diabetes to suffer aches and pains?
Or could this be somthing else?
