Reversal of T2 by Vegan Diet

I read Dr Fuhrman's book for reversing diabetes and this works for me ...... low translates, no dairy, no eggs, little white meat and fish 1 to 2 times a week, some nuts and seeds, pulses, veggies and fruit. Not a slimming diet but I have slowly and steadily lost weight. Much more energy, gut problems cured, 180 units insulin a day down to 70 after 3 months. Never feel hungry and no cravings! Do miss my cheese!!
