    Some alternatives were...

Spanish Flu jump rope rhyme: "I had a little bird and her name was Enza; I opened up the window and in flew Enza"

Here’s one about uncooked food. Had a little salmon, her name was Ella. Took a bite, I turned white, I got Sal-mon-El-la

Jack ain't nimble, Jack ain't quick, Jack got the virus and now he's sick.

Jack & Jill went up the hill
    They took some public transport
Jill was saved from a second wave
    But Jack came tumbling later..

    Edit to add;

    Mary Mary quite contrary,
how do you think infection slows?
Just wash your hands, social distance
And wear a mask over your nose..

    Ring a ring o' roses
A virus up our noses -
    Now we must stop
    Going out to shop
    Atishoo atishoo -
    Lockdown - lockdown!

    ETA Verse 2:

    Ring a ring o' roses
A virus up our noses -
    Now a new rule
    No-one attends school
    Atishoo atishoo -
    Lockdown - lockdown!
