Type 2 Risk for Diabetes (Type 2) for me?

I'm 16, male and I am very worried about my health.

I weigh 77kg, and a waist circumference of 37in, 26.6% body fat. My father and grandfather (newly diagnosed) have type-2 diabetes.

Here is the issue: I usually doubt myself if I have type 2 diabetes, and then I always urinate (clear) often, I think the urination is because of worrying too much since I don't have often thirst.

I am active, I do cardio 2-3 times/week and weightlift for ~1-2 hours/week.

I am wondering, am I at high risk, or do I already have Type 2 Diabetes?

There is no way to check here because I live in a country with no good doctor facility.

1 year ago, (I used to be 90kg), my blood sugar was 140, 2 hours after eating noodles.

Hi. A blood sugar of 140 after 2 hours is OK and not in itself diabetic. All I can suggest is to get your weight down a bit so your BMI is in the right region. You can do this by low-carbing. You may then find you never get diabetes and if you do you are already having the right diet to control it. It's possible your genes show a tendency towards diabetes but sadly you can't tell and the meter will guide you over the coming months.

Alright, I think I'll need to exercise more. Is there a diet help-section here?
