everything good for me! getting better though x
Just read on facebook that Rob Kardasdian has been diagnosed with diabetes. Been searching the whole of Google but can't find which type either way it's sad news but I guessed it was type 2?

When I read this in the Mail, "Rob - who has reportedly gained 100 lbs over the last couple of years and is understood to be battling depression," it sounded like insulin resistance to me. The Kardashians do my nut in, but I wish Rob well. Hopefully he can turn things around now that he has a diagnosis.

My teenager has talked about the 'K' family and after a couple of words, I'm off into another world, I am just not interested in celebs and their antics, huge backsides the size of a continent, weird names, or trans gender members either, arrgghhhhhhhhhh:arghh:

My friend Nora has been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, doubt it will even make the local Gazette

@Brunneria - As I understand it, he is an American chap, whose sister has the most extraordinary backside, which appears to defy all physiological norms or logic.......

I mean, eh?

Big bottoms are traditionally linked with T2...

Actually, even I had heard of The Kardashians (and the improbable bottom), but had no idea there were so many of them, or that there was a male of the species.

Don't envy him the diagnosis.
Hope he gets some decent advice - and not the usual nonsense about stuffing carbs.

Reality TV star? What a load of old cobblers, never heard of this person until I read this, what exactly makes them a star?

The man is a newly diagnosed diabetic who has suffered DKA. I hope he gets the support he needs at this vulnerable time. He wont find much support here by the look of it, but I hope he finds it elsewhere all the same.
