Yep I sure as hell wouldn't like it to happen to me...and I know how they feel anyway as I lost my mother suddenly at a young age! Tabloids just really don't care..as long as they get the money!

Yep, and why the heck must they continue to bring up stories in an attempt to scandalize someone
now dead, especially Princess Di, who was loved and adored by so many around the world.

That, is a scandal in it's own right.

It's amazing how truth is so often suffocated in minutes, but lies were given sufficient air to breathe indefinitely

I think that sums up many newspapers :(
 
At the risk of being strung from the nearest tree .... why do people say they love these strangers in big houses?
Were told on one hand palace building is what despots do then ....
None of you know any of these people and what you know about them is the official version or what the presstitutes tell you and they are only fed so much or allowed so much rope yet ... people love them.
I never got it.
I still don't get it.
We live in the space age the nuclear age the scientific age yet were still daft enough to fawn over wealthy strangers who are kings and princesses and frogs.
This isn't a fairy tale ... this is hard reality but the comic book families are still bowed to ... and loved.
I'll never ever get it.
 
I think the word love is misused.

I mainly look on-line, although my MIL often passes on her newspapers when she's finished with them. Did use to get one delivered every morning, but got sick of all this obsession with celebrities, the papers are full of it repeating the same old stories :(

Feel affection for, JACKTHELAD.

The way our world is at present, many many many people need something to feel affection for.
It helps sustain and comfort them in a world full of anger, hatred and appalling atrocities.

Don't get me started! Poor Kate's got bad morning sickness - oh boo hoo. At least she hasn't got to phone her boss and explain why she's not coming into work, and at least she doesn't have to go down to the surgery to beg for an emergency appointment with some locum/trainee who probably has to look it up on google. And then that silly Sarah Vine (Mail) who's married to Michael Vine says hows the poor girl (?) going to manage with two babies under two. HOW'S SHE GOING TO MANAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For goodness sake she's got a nanny and now they've said their going to get a nurse to help with the disturbed nights. She's going to manage very well thank you! No doubt they'll need another kitchen from us in both (very substantial) houses to cope.


Aaaaaand breathe! (and for the record I'm not anti royalty, I think some of them do a great job especially the Queen and Philip, and I quite like Charlie and Camilla)
