Rude Health cereal

You need to get used to reading the labels on the back of any pre prepared product.
If it has more than 5g of carbs per 100g it usually goes back on the shelf for me.
Make shopping much simpler as wholes aisles can be excluded from shopping.

Somewhere, someone on this forum recommended Rude Health Granola cereal as low on carbs, so I bought some. I am disappointed as I find that it has twice as many as a helping of ordinary porridge. Be careful!

Just had a look on their website and it has 53g of carbs (per 100g weight) compared to porridge which has 64g.

Problem is, they keep swapping the shelves around to make you see their new stuff (or is it just to annoy you?).

I think people have very different opinions on what constitutes acceptable carb content, portion size, and resulting blood glucose rise.

Plus, of course, medication makes a huge difference to how well we are able to tolerate carbs.
