Run out of meds

Am type 2 and ran out of metformin and glicozide on Thursday, can't get any till Tuesday am already getting a reading of 19. Any help would be appreciated

There should be a chemist open somewhere in your location.

Take your prescription with you and proof of identity.

you could also get 5 days supply from your local hospital

As well as the foregoing, I'd suggest keeping a very tight rein on your diet; Easter or not.

Hi. Yes, follow the advice of the other posters. Anything below the 30s is not good but probably safe for a short time. If the meter says Hi then go to A&E or a walk-in centre. The Metformin will only be having a small effect on blood sugar but the Glic may be key. Yes,a very low carb diet for the time being
