:)Hi
Been so good and sooooo organised for 11 weeks since being diagnosed. Im finding im starting to struggle, BS good, but I have to loose weight as I have liver probs aswell. Ive lost about 10kg so far.
Im noticing ive been incorporating the LCHF into my meal plan, but its not really a good idea for me at the moment. Although very nice. Any one have some good LOW CARB LOW FAT ideas. I do look things up but its nice to have some tried and tested meals. Thanks, think im a bit moany at the moment lol

Is there a reason why you can't do LCHF which is really 'enough' fat?
if you want to go low fat, I wouldn't go low carb as well, that only leaves protein

Hi, I would be moany too if I tried to do low carb low fat. :)

As the others have noted, why don't you want to do medium to high fat? Do you know that the liver problems would be made worse by having fat? Don't forget proteins are also OK to eat.

Low carb low fat isn't a good idea, at least not in the long term. Is there a reason you want to do low fat?

Hi
I was advised to have a low fat diet, but maybe I need to clarify how it would actually work for me. thank you for your comments, always helpful.

Ive been told that it would be worse with a high fat intake. Thank you for your advice Daibell.
