Lol, don't believe all that, I am a slim person, but I have had to cut down a lot on cheese, because I tend go overboard on it ( I love cheese) and I noticed.............the start of love handles :stop::wideyed:

I had been steadily and unintentionally losing weight between the end of last year and February thanks to an unnoticed anomaly in my thyroid treatment. More cheese has helped me to add a bit, and I'm maintaining a healthy weight with a low carb lifestyle and not saying no to cheese - but I'll keep an eye out for burgeoning love handles, RRB!

Good luck, sorry to hear about your thyroid, I hope you maintain your healthy weight, but sometimes I wish I didn't like cheese
( but not for very long though) ;)

It's only big pharma that get nailed on here.
We're sure the cheesemakers are well above board, and wouldn't dream of influencing any study carried out to promote cheese.

OMG, with bread!

Whats up with a slice of cheese, between two more slices of cheese?
Apparently if you eat just that, continuously, you can eventually lift 750 tons.
(Obviously with one hand as you're still holding cheese in the other)

Well, I'm at 4.9 now, so I'm sticking to traditional buttercream.
 
Frosting??????????????? Apologies for my ignorance. I assume frosting is a finishing touch. I'm out of my depth here.
B***er it I'm having another piece of Red Leicester and I'll take my chances with the nightmare.:arghh::arghh:
