I can’t remember who suggested them to me. It may have been yourself. But if I don’t take them daily then I know about it. So I am drilling myself to take some daily.I use ground Flaxseed daily. I sprinkle it on my food. It is a powerful antioxidant, which is anti-inflammatory and heart healthy. Full of fibre, but more importantly, full of omega 3.
