I am writing a book on fat, the good and bad of it. One of the chapters is about how weight gain can trigger diabetes, and the importance of managing weight to ensure good health. I am seeking to interview an individual who steadily gained weight in their life, which led to diabetes, but he/she was successfully able to manage the disease by losing weight and improving diet.
