Hi all (mainly ladies) - from ovulation to day 1 of cycle my insulin sensitivity is just ridiculous. I’m nearly tripling my insulin and my levels are so hard to control. Has anyone found a solution to this? I can’t deal with it anymore it’s two whole weeks of a struggle

Hello @briony1 Unfortunately there’s no magic cure to this, it’s simply down to vigilance with testing and doing corrections, our bodies hormone response triggers this event and for me some months it’s no problem and then others it’s a nightmare.

Are you on injections ?
