Sent my story to Diabetes UK - "Your Stories" page

I've just sent my story of Type 2 reversal to Diabetes UK:

I sent it to the Diabetes UK website's "Your Stories" page:

I'll be interested to learn what they make of that considering that what I advocate isn't totally in line with their advice. We will see!

Has any other member of this forum ever done the same? If they have, I'd be interested to hear what reaction they received.

You might have been better to keep it quiet though until it was actually published, or has it been ? . They (DUK) rather the staff are round this site regularly and only the other day tried to get away with some blatant free advertising without permission. Needless to say they were shot down. Let's hope they don't hold any grudges.
