Seriously confused

Yes, they are. Also, strangely, home made chips! Or at least they work for me, but only 6 or 7. However, only testing with a meter can confirm if they are OK or not. Mash and jackets are the baddies.
I had some sweet potato chips the other day in a restaurant and extremely tasty they were too.

@Jen74 - How many times a day are you testing, and are your bloods always high now?

If this is a sudden rise in your blood scores, does it correlate to a new tub of strips, say? It is possible to have the odd "off batch", that maybe hasn't been properly seal or something.

The bms have been getting higher for couple o months suddenly took a jump bout month ago n ye ive tried different tubs of test strips same results even scrubbed hands before

So how does it help bg and more importantly does it taste ok lol and where do u get it?
Surprisingly while the tea drunk effect (hypo-like symptoms) is well known among tea drinkers, there has been little interest by the medical community to understand how exactly the glucose lowering of tea works.

Still I have documented some of my observations and experience here:

I order my tea directly from China. But you are in UK you may want to check out:-

Did you have a sweet drink perhaps, or sugar in you tea, an orange juice etc.
