Me and my partner have been together for 7 years but I have been unable to have sex for the last 5 years. It started with being unable to maintain an erection then got worse and now I can't get one even on my own. My partner is fully understanding but it must be extremely frustrating for her as whenever it was suggested, I'd change the subject. We don't get intimate at all What should I do?

I have been type 1 for 22 years and have good control.

Speak to your GP.. they might prescribe you with Viagra.

Call your doctor I was exactly the same explained the situation and was quickly prescribed a viagra type product that has changed everything for me and my wife…. Don’t be embarrassed at all this is so important just go and have that conversation good luck

This is a topic that comes up fairly regularly for male T1s. You are not alone. Please speak up and get help from a doctor.

there are many ways to give your partner pleasure without an erection. I hope you're old enough to know which ones.
But consult a doctor anyway

You can get viagra over the counter now if you want to try it. Also not sure what your blood glucose control is like but getting good control can help here too. Good luck!
