Can you give the name of the shampoo which gave you "extra body and volume" please as at a miserable 7 stone I need to start using it before I disappear!

Ha ha I have the same problem.but perhaps it a blessing. If I eat more my BG goes up

Same here, almost no carbs for me; I was a healthy weight before diagnosis and when I had to cut the carbs the weight fell off (just over one a half stones) leaving me a scrawny old bird!!!!
