Since diagnosis at the end of April my FBGs have dropped from 15-16 to mostly 9.something, I've lost 2kg, stopped drinking and weeing so much at night and can now read normal print again. I've also learned loads about diabetes and made some new Internet friends.
Mixture of diet (being stricter with my low carbing and reducing frequency of carby treats), meds (5 weeks rescue Gliclazide and Metformin throughout) and destressing by visiting this forum!
