I've been here a few years and I don't even know all those. ;) If T A G is actually tag, it's just tagging someone into a post. (Putting an @ in front of their name so they get a notification to go to the thread). FBG is Fasting Blood Glucose, the first reading of the day as you wake, usually. The rest? Beats me. But guess what...? There's a list! Which I am going to study for a bit myself too, haha! https://www.diabetes.co.uk/diabetes-jargon.html

Looks like you have been reading the Low Carb What Did You Eat Today thread? Yes?

Members on that thread post what they eat and drink and often use abbreviations to save having to type the in full.
Some of the others are used all across the forum
From your list, I think
F B G = fasting blood glucose
G F = gluten free
CWC = coffee with cream
D G F = deliciously guilt free cakes and brownies from this place https://deliciouslyguiltfree.com/

Hi Petal, just jump into some of the threads and ask as you got.

I appreciate they're incredibly irritating, but on threads like the "What have you eaten...." where there are a few regular posters, it becomes almost like slang.

Join in and you'll soon feel right at home.

I still dont know what TAG is relating to food...
