Anyone know anything about the Sirt Diet! Anyone trying it? Weight loss sounds fantastic ( by which I mean probably not true!).I'm thinking it's just another fad thing that no-one can sustain for any great length of time.

Hello!
I actually tried it and it really worked! Im type 1 diabetic and after being diagnosed (6months ago) I gained so much weight.
The Sirtfood diet was amazing for me, not only to control what i eat and loose weight, but also to improve my glucose levels.
If you wanna do it let me know! I'll be happy to start it with you so like that we could motivate each other!!
