My question is: Often I skip breakfast, or i get up late
or something. So I dont do my fbg until just before lunch. Today it was 7.5
Am I doing this wrongly?
Also - do I have to eat 3 regular meals a day, 4-5 hours apart?
I am type 2, diet only (so far)
