A non diabetic question. I am 27 weeks pregnant and recently been needing to poop a lot, did you girls have this? X

Happened to me when I was pregnant and it was the tablets that were doing it x

No I'm not I went from not needing to go to now going everyday and sometimes 2 times a day xxx

When I was pregnant I used to find I got constipated. That had it's own problems (really not nice) I think you're fine and it's probably simply that you have less room in there now that babe is growing and moving about and pushing things around a bit.
 
I think changes in bowel habits are common in pregnancy - changes either way in frequency. If you feel well in yourself and don't have any other symptoms, I wouldn't worry too much. But, of course, do mention it to your midwife just for reassurance.

Without going into too much detail, diarrhoea would be a concern, but frequency is probably just a pregnancy thing.

Edited to add that sometimes frequency can be linked to constipation. So you may be paying lots of visits to the loo because things aren't working quite as smoothly. If that's the case, keep an eye on your water intake to see if a little extra water helps.
 
Make sure you're drinking plenty as well hun, you don't want it going the other way!!
I wouldn't worry about it. You'd rather poop more often than poop less!
