    Morning everyone
I feel broken because I got a high result in A1C analyzes form 48 in 28.9.18. To 51 today so I'm not happy please any advice I'm broken
I am trying to change the plan again. But the question is what should I do

I admit that I increased the amount of carbohydrates in the first month

But I do not eat bread, pastries, couscous or fruit

I think you’ve answered your own question. You admit to eating higher carb for one month. Maybe go back to the lower level of carbs all the time. When will your next HbA1c be?

Please don't be too hard on yourself. Look at your progress 120 down to 60 in first 3 months and that 60 was only 12 months ago. Yes we don't like it when HbA1c rises but being a bit more careful with carbs should get you back to where you were.

Yes, I did something wrong. I started with a great diet. I expected the result to be unpleasant. Well, I Will start again
