Seriously I used to eat a take away sized portion of rice with a curry or any meal that I eat rice with, you know, covering the plate, now I just eat two spoonfuls of rice with a meal, so I still eat rice but the amount doesnt send my bg levels into orbit. :thumbup:
Simply test to find out what size portions you can safely eat.
I only eat Basmati rice and as I have posted numerous times it is much harder for the human body to digest which means it has a very low GI.
Surely the whole point of testing is to find out what you can eat not what you cant.
