Does anyone have the net carb counts for the Slimspirational Cookbook? I've looked thoroughly and can't find any.

She says it's "low carb" but doesn't define "low carb" which can be a very elastic term.

I just checked the Amazon reviews and a few critised that there was no carb count especially since it’s advertised as low carb. It may help if you used an app like Nutrachek to work the counts out yourself. A bit of a pain but with Nutracheck you can at least enter the weight of an ingredient and it works out the carb count for you.

The author told me that I don't need the number of carbs for the 8 week Blood Sugar Diet!! I pointed out that the cover says it says NOTHING about being exclusive to that diet but it says on the cover, "Low Carb and Low Calorie" and "suitable for Diabetes, Blood Sugar, Gluten Free, Paleo, Keto & Fast Diet Plans".

I pointed out that many diabetics count carbs and people following the keto diet need to know how many carbs that they'd be consuming. We are left wondering what the author considers "low carb", 80? 50? 20? 15? 10? 5?

ALL the other low carb cookbook give you the number of carbs per recipe!

HOW can one publish a low carb cookbook WITHOUT GIVING THE NUMBERS OF CARBS?

She thanked me for me feedback and she'd consider it for the next cookbook but it was too late for this one. :(
