I don't snack with food at all, I never have, but I do sometimes have a coffee with double cream. That is my breakfast and also my go-to comfort food. In fact, I'm going to make one now.
I like the sound of jalapeno cheese, I see from Google that Philadelphia make one, is it available in UK supermarkets?
I have never noticed double cream in the store, will look this weekend. Thanks
Are you in the UK? Double cream has been around for donkeys years
I think it is called heavy cream over the pond.
@Mel dCP @SueJB Oh no what have I started here! That is just a totally wicked idea. I have unsalted butter but when I stay with family it's salted. I think that's a magic idea to salt the butter when you want. Thanks @bulkbiker
oops sorry... I look for the offers.. try not to pay more than £1.50 per 250g.I wish you'd stop it, the price of butter goes up every time you say summat
If you want it to look pretty in pink, maybe try some of the pink Himalayan rock salt for a change.the Maldon salt (or probably any sea salt) gives it that extra crunch.
I second pink Himalayan salt!If you want it to look pretty in pink, maybe try some of the pink Himalayan rock salt for a change.
Robbity
If you want to be REALLY trendy, butter with Cornish sea salt. Himalayan salt is SO last year.I second pink Himalayan salt!
Cheaper to buy butter and add the salt ourselves though. Why would it make you vomit.. try it and see..Eating a lump of butter would make me vomit lol. But has any of you butter eaters ever tried butter with sea salt crystals already in? It's delicious spread on toast (for me) but I should imagine equally delicious for butter eaters (you) ;-)
Essex salt all the way it has a nice brown hue ( joke)..If you want to be REALLY trendy, butter with Cornish sea salt. Himalayan salt is SO last year.
