Oh, that's a better way to do them in the oven.I do Kale chips at 150 degrees for 15 mins.
Laced with garlic and tobasco they're simply top.
Remove the stalks though.
Not that far removed from 'seaweed' at the Chinese restaurant really.
I always dehydrate them, so I was kind of guessing, based on when I dried my tomato glut in the oven.
