I do Kale chips at 150 degrees for 15 mins.
Laced with garlic and tobasco they're simply top.
Remove the stalks though.
Not that far removed from 'seaweed' at the Chinese restaurant really.
Oh, that's a better way to do them in the oven.
I always dehydrate them, so I was kind of guessing, based on when I dried my tomato glut in the oven.

I find I am not too bad with half a packet of crisps or mini cheddars (about 10) for a snack, but added to a meal may be different!! Trial and error again. I trial and error quite a lot:). The only way to learn I think.

A few days ago when the weather was hot I would have loved a couple of scoops of ice cream - but I was good and resisted :-(.
