Sorry to just post this but I'm so chuffed. First check up after t2 diagnosis. Lost 1 stone changed diet started exercising. Was 49 now 42 in remission may it continue. 12 weeks in.

Brilliant. Well done and keep going. Just had my first HBA1C results three months after diagnosis and I've gone from 58 to 38. Nurse said I'm not diabetic now and I've reversed it. If I get down below 31 I get taken off their diabetic list. :)
